Take in Tales of Adventure on the Range
Many a famous person has paid a visit to the Bar U, including the famous outlaw Harry Longabaugh, better known as The Sundance Kid. Now you can sample the bannock and cowboy coffee just as they did.
You can wander the site on foot or by wagon, meeting the wandering interpreters who will bring the ranch to life for you with tales of life on the range. Be sure to see the famous Percheron draft horses. Long before the invention of the motorized truck and farm tractor, the Percheron draft horse provided the power to plow and to build the ranches of the west.
