Explore this tiny paddlewheeler and imagine what life was like when a boat like this was your only choice to get to or out of town! What a long winter it was with no fresh fruits, vegetables... or news! 


Meet a costumed guide and explore this little paddlewheeler – the smallest of the fleet! Try on a life jacket, scope out the river ahead on a winding hand-drawn map, and ring the bell for the captain from the engine room!

Then head up to the passenger deck to see what life was like as a passenger: read a magazine from the 1940s or enjoy an elegant game of cribbage

  • 30 minutes to 1.5 hrs, depending how many stories you want to hear!
